As an Online Coach, it is important to understand that everyone is different.

It is not a One Size Fits All approach.

Every clients goals, habits, lifestyles, and experiences are all unique to them.

That is why, when you are coached by myself, I tailor your programs to you and your goals.

My plans are focused on providing my clients with the tools to ensure they achieve long term results.

Whether you are local, or across the country, Online Coaching is great for anyone of any ability, goal or access to facilities.

If you are looking for a personalized approach that will give you more structure, guidance and accountability, I would love to work with you to reach your goals.

ONLINE NUTRITION ONLY COACHING

You Receive -

  • A Nutritional Plan including a calorie/macro target specific to you

  • On initial Sign up, clients receive 1 x example Meal Plan

  • My 'Guide to Everything Macros' E-Book 

  • My Macro's Friendly Recipe E-Book with over 50 Recipes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

  • Check in's via Video Feedback Weekly to complete, so I can monitor your progress

  • Support from Myself in between Weekly Check Ins

$60 PER WEEK - No Sign Up Fees (12 Week Minimum)

  • Access to my Amanda Martin Fitness App where you can track your Weight, Measurements, Progress, Before and After Photos and Nutrition.

  • The program stays the same for 6 weeks, however I update it weekly to include progression

  • Check in's via Video Feedback Weekly to complete, so I can monitor your progress

  • Support from Myself in between Weekly Check Ins

$70 PER WEEK - No Sign Up Fees (12 Week Minimum)

This program is suited to anyone who wants guidance and support with their training and nutrition at a lower cost than the Weekly One on One Coaching.

  • My Macro's Friendly Recipe E-Book with over 50 Recipes for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

  • 2 x 6 Week Gym Training Programs

  • Access to my Amanda Martin Fitness App where you can track your Weight, Measurements, Steps, Progress, Before and After Photos and Nutrition

  • Check in's via email every 4 Weeks to complete, so I can monitor your progress

$35 PER WEEK - No Sign Up Fees (12 Week Minimum)
