What do you receive?

You receive 2 x 4 Week Training Programs that are delivered to you via an online App on your phone.

Once you have completed your first 4 Week Training Block, your next one will be available the next day.

You have 4 Weeks to complete each Training Block.

The program is a 4 Day Upper/Lower Training Split, with an Optional 5th Training day.

Don't worry, the training is still focused on building the Glutes of your dreams!

But to create curves, we need to still create symmetry in the Lower and Upper Body, and in order to do that, we still need to train all body parts.

But never the less, the Glutes will be our focus!

This program is not customized for each individual, however it has been designed to ensure you obtain results.

The program is designed around Building Muscle and Strength, and also Fat Loss.

Within the App is video demonstrations for every exercise to ensure you know how to perform each exercise with correct technique.

You can also choose to add on a Macro Nutrient Target breakdown tailored specifically to you and your goals.

It is a Gym Based Program, so you will need access to a gym.

This program will suit beginners through to Intermediate/Advance Gym Users.

If you are someone who knows their way around a gym and is self motivated, but is looking for a structured Training Program from a Fitness Professional to ensure progression and to receive the results you are after, then this program is for you.

FAQ's

Does this 8 Week Program Include weekly check in's with you?

No, this program does not have an option to check in with myself.

You can monitor your own progress through the App by entering in things such as your scale weight, measurements, progress photo's etc.

You do however get access to my Private Client Facebook Group where you can ask questions, share your wins and communicate with other like minded people!

Are there any start up fee's?

No, there are not any Start up fees.

How can payment be made?

Payment options are listed below.

If selecting the Weekly Payment Option, payments will automatically stop after the 8 Week period.

Why are the exercises the same for the 4 week period before changing?

In order to monitor progression, we need to focus on performing the same exercises for a period of time (generally 4 - 6 Weeks).

Changing exercises too frequently can diminish any potential progression as there is no clear way to check if progression in exercises (i.e Gain in Strength on a Certain lift) has occurred.

​I am finding I am not sore, am I not working hard enough?

You do not have to be aching and sore after a workout to have had an effective training session.

If you are finding you may of been sore for the first few sessions, and now your not, it means your body is adapting to the stimulus, and you are recovering well, which is what we want!

Do you list the Weights each week you want me to lift per Exercise?

No, you do not receive certain Weights to achieve per exercise. Throughout the program, I have numbered the RPE Scale I would like you to be aiming for for each exercise. This is a great tool to help people manage their own exertion and intensity of effort, rather than just intensity of load.
 For example, if I have listed an RPE of 8 on an exercise, you will be selecting a weight where you would have 2 Rep's left in the tank, after completing the number of allocated Repetitions. We don't always want to be working towards failure on every set, and every exercise. Our Central Nervous Systems would not handle it! But we do want to make sure we are challenging ourselves!

How does the App work?

The App is called Trainerize, and within this App is where you can log your workouts each session.

You can also watch Video Demonstrations on how to perform each exercise.

You can also track your Scale Weight, Measurements, Progress Photos, and you can also sync the App with your MyFitnessPal and Fitbit.

If after I have completed the 8 Weeks, can I sign up with you for Personalized 1 on 1 Training?

You also receive my 'Guide to Everything Macro's Ebook' which explains everything you need to know about working out your Macros, How to set them up in Myfitnesspal, how to Track and Tips and Tricks on Tracking.
